Delivery of images:
Weddings
Average turn around time is 8-16 weeks based on the time of the year. This is a goal, not a promise. We do promise that your gallery is important and we will put the utmost care into it and deliver once it is finished.

Boudoir
Average turn around time is 6-12 weeks. This is a goal, not a promise. There are many variables that determine delivery. Editing boudoir is something that takes more time, and attention to detail. Another factor is that we specialize in events which means sometimes we have many boudoir albums to edit within the same time period.
All other sessions:
(Includes but not limited to family, seniors, baby, parties, etc.)
Average turn around time is 1-3 weeks. This is a goal, not a promise. Many factors come into play here. Again, we specialize in events and sometimes have 20 + sessions to edit from a single event.
More FAQ's
Q. WHEN WILL MY PHOTOS BE EDITED?
A. Photos are edited in the order they are taken UNLESS there is a deadline to meet. For example, tree farm sessions are always promised by Thanksgiving for Christmas card ordering. So these sessions may get jumped to the front of the line. Other than that we stay within editing order.
Q. HOW WILL I GET MY IMAGES?
A. Images are always delivered digitally via the email you provided.
Q. WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG?
A. Every business runs their own business model. I run a full time studio that has many needs outside of just shooting and editing. I have never promised to have the fastest turnaround time, but I have always delivered every session I have shot in the last 10 years of doing business. AND done so within a reasonable time frame. I know artists working on commissioned art from two years ago, and people waiting for wedding photos for their weddings from a year ago. All that to say, every business has the right to run their model with what works best for them. And every client should be aware of expectations going into a booking, no surprises here!

Q. DO YOU OUTSOURCE EDITING?
A. No, everything is done in house by Lisa J. Bruce.

Q. WHAT IF I HAVE A DEADLINE FOR NEEDING MY PHOTOS?
A. I can work within a deadline if I know ahead of time when booking. Please be transparent and don't spring deadlines on me at the time of your shoot.

Q. HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?
A. Business email is the BEST info@lisajbrucephotography.com
Many chose to fb message and text, which is totally fine. BUT I wear many hats in my community and receive easily 20 fb messages daily, so it's very easy to get lost in the sea. Best place to reach me is always the business email.

A. As a business, nearly 10 years. I have shot over 100 weddings, 300 boudoir sessions, and 500 family sessions.

Q. DO YOU DO ANY VOLUNTEER WORK?
A. Yes! For the last 8 years I have done free and discounted Senior portraits for those who can not afford them. I have also done dozens of charity jobs. And many end of life sessions. Yearly I average 20 gifted sessions.
